I’m an architect turned product designer building experiences at the intersection of digital, AI, and the real world.

I bring the systems thinking, builder mindset, and craft of an architect to digital product, shaping experiences that help us engage more fully with the world and each other. My teams know me for leadership grounded in kindness, rigor, and high standards that elevate our work and the people making it. Native Michiganian 🧤 in New Orleans.

AI-powered social mapping

In progress — I'm exploring AI maps by building an app for geospatial discovery and collaboration around neighborhood change. Maps help you find brunch. Plot reimagines your block.

Creating a 0>1 service for auto care

Walmart’s Auto Care Center lagged competitors and sat outside Walmart’s digital ecosystem. I led an executive-mandated transformation, rebuilding the core service journeys and expanding them into a connected, proactive platform centered around the customer’s car and long-term ownership.

Unifying the Fortune 1 ad platform

Advertisers using Walmart Connect had to switch between seven disconnected tools to manage different kinds of campaigns leading to friction and fragmentation. I led the effort to unify them in a single platform and build coherence through shared patterns, components, and a consistent way of working across. This created the foundation for AI-powered retail media through flexible work flows, extensible insights, and data fludity.

Expanding EV charging access to everyone

By building a nationwide EV charging network, Walmart is helping make EV ownership more accessible. I helped shipped a native charging experience in the Walmart app, combining technical functionality with the familiarity and consistency of the existing platform.

Reinventing a building technology leader around data

Carrier needed a faster, more consistent way to develop complex spatial services across its business. I led the creation of Fleet, a prototype design system for rapid prototyping and validation across teams. It launched with Abound, Carrier’s flagship healthy buildings platform, and established a shared foundation for how complex systems are designed, tested, and brought to market.

Designing timely prompts to save millions

Limited communication with customers forced couriers into reactive workarounds and led to missed deliveries. I designed timely interventions in existing shipper and recipient flows that enable real-time coordination and shift the system toward proactive, reliable service rather than customer service triage.

Prototyping a map that remembers everything

Lifemap is a prototype social mapping app that explores how spatial data can capture and archive everyday life. People move through places but lack a way to record and share what those places represent—moments, relationships, and experiences. Lifemap turns location into a layer of memory, enabling people to mark what matters and share it with others—framing location as a foundation for connection and social discovery.

Building a digital-physical platform for aging adults

Aging adults often want to remain in their homes but face increasing isolation and loss of independence. Partnering with AmFam, my team designed Thrive, a coordinated service that connects people to the tools, support, and community they need to adapt and stay engaged, reframing aging in place as an active, supported experience.

Defining a new typology of public space for the future of delivery

Home delivery is the default for ecomm, but many experience missed deliveries, theft, or other hiccups. The solution is Proxy, a personalized pickup experience built around control and flexibility. By combining digital coordination with a network of physical locations, the work reframed pickup from a fallback into a lifestyle choice that unlocked new demand and operational efficiency.
